Report an issue promptly
If you believe an order has a production defect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
Production defects
Where we confirm a material production fault, we may offer an appropriate reprint, correction, replacement, credit or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.
Approved artwork errors
We generally cannot provide a free reprint for errors already present in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork, including spelling, phone numbers, dimensions, low-resolution images or incorrect content.
Colour and tolerances
Reasonable differences in screen colour, print colour, trimming, registration, garment position and finishing may occur. A variation is not automatically a defect.
Custom-made goods
Printed products are usually made specifically for the customer, so change-of-mind cancellations or returns may not be available once production has started.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
