Quotes
Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer and may change if quantity, dimensions, stock, finishing, artwork condition, delivery requirements or turnaround requirements change.
Artwork approval
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, layout, sizing, contact details and other content before approving production. Where a proof is supplied, production may proceed after approval.
Colour and finishing
Printed colour can vary between screens, devices, print methods, media and production runs. Small variations in trimming, positioning and finishing can also occur within normal production tolerances.
Customer-supplied content
Customers must have the right to use the logos, photographs, text, trademarks and other material they provide for printing. We may decline work that appears unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate for production.
Turnaround
Production times are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise. Timing may change because of artwork issues, stock availability, equipment faults, supplier delays or delivery conditions.
Payment
Payment terms will be shown on the relevant quote or order. Production may be held until required payment or approval has been received.
Delivery and collection
Pickup, local delivery or freight arrangements are confirmed per order. Customers should inspect completed work promptly after receiving it.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
Changes
These terms may be updated as our products and business operations develop.
